I am a spiritual seeker with wisdom. If that's enough to pick your interest, ask me about spirituality, enlightenment, and related subjects. I'm happy to help. Note that kindness and an open heart are the gateway to more spiritual knowledge. First advice I'll give you: try to discern the truth in every moment that gives you an emotional reaction. If you feel angry or grieved at something that happens, meditate on the way it really is behind your emotions. Meditate on the thing that happened and see that emotion isn't necessary, because the thing itself is neither good nor bad, nor filled with the perceived emotion. This is helpful for me personally. This is called discernment and Buddhism teaches it as well, though I don't know how Buddhism understands discernment in this case. It could also be viveka, but I don't know how viveka really looks like so don't quote me on that.
