Entirely untrue, they very obviously rigged the questions in many polls, hiding his name behind additional questions or as a write-in, or even straight up not including it at all, and then proceeded to move the goalposts to disqualify multiple studies that he did meet the metrics on in order to keep him out of the debates while still averaging in studies that didn't even have him in it.
