now is my time to try
I need a riser piece of x height for a pcie riser to fit with case
I pull out my caliper
I use the solvespace
I 3d print it 100% infill
If it fits: good, problem is now solved, I can now do things and live decently happy
Very specific piece only I need of specific dimensions
I need only use the resources needed for making that one piece + prototypes
I will agree on one thing:
Not everyone needs one, and if every library had at least one 3d printer of decent speed in an isolated setup I would have used that one
