Eh, I've seen some Chinese propaganda and they do the "56 ethnic groups holding hands and united in the Chinese nation" stuff with the different ethnicities represented. They might all look the same to us but it's a theme they bang on about. But it's all about (a rather authoritarian) unity, not division. Chinese philosophy imho is really the "middle path." It's all about balance. They are a little woke, but not too much. See:
