The nuncio aquila is now 100% confirmed to be an ability.
Also you can see the aura icon in the bottom left, not sure what it represents though. It's yellow though, for some reason, only other aura that I can think of that shows up as yellow in the HUD is the veteran sprint or 5 damage auras.
