nta but dog regen, just like any other regen, is great
I'm trying to cope with my EO withdrawal and tinkering with builds that use no EO or castigator's stance, and this is what I've arrived at
I even fit dog bleed in at the last moment but honestly can't tell if it does anything, it doubles bleed damage on bosses if your dog hits first but not sure if it's worth it

Previous iteration had no dog bleed but Hammer of Judgement, honestly I'll probably revert because rashad feels bad with no extra attack speed
Don't know if I want to skip concussive, it would be a no-brainer if I used a bolter for bosses, but I really want to use a bolt pistol so this time I want to keep the ability to generate toughness from melee hits when fighting bosses
