Yeah it's one of those things that people tried to spread awareness off, but even with a fixed version people just went for the original anyway and didn't seem to care.
While I'm shilling though, I recommend checking the uploader's profile and playing their fangame NEW DF. It's no OFF, but it had the same effect on me as Undertale Yellow in reigniting my interest in the game. Not that Yellow and NEW are really comparable as types of fangames, they just had the same effect for me in relation to the original works.
