Adventure especially if you count the 2 movies. I like everything especially season 1 to 4 because of the shared art style but Adventure has Mimi's hat and shit. It's just a classic. Tamers was great but very normal compared to Adventure although Ruki's heart shirt is iconic too.

The real answer is the humans in Digital Monster Ver Sega Saturn. It kills me that I lost high res magazine scans of them on an harddrive failure. Pure kenji watanabe kino. I've never been able to find good pictures of them ever again besides low res Jpgs from the 90s and in game sprites.
