They're a pain in the ass too, but at least their website works. My first experience with Fangamer was getting my order cancelled after all the items had already sold out because they didn't have a Buyer to Buyer portal on the site and just made their vendor coupon a normal thing anyone could apply. Now for some reason I can't log in on their actual homepage and the login button just brings me to the account subsite. So the order I placed isn't part of my account's purchases and can only be accessed by the email I was sent. Even Toby could code this shit better.
