It would be interesting to see if theres stats on where most of the T-Tanks have been hit by AT. I wouldn't be surprised if it indicates a lack of situational awareness.
It'll be interesting to see how the Russians develop their autloaders going forward. It'll likely just be tacking ADS on to everything though.

Thats whats making me think its poor adherence to doctrine or lack thereof. Surely someone realises that Quantity isn't the way to go anymore, they probably got axed for trying to increase costs lol.
