2 Elves would've been fine if they had actually pulled them off, Yrliet is the worst Eldar ever made, they took absolutely nothing interesting or cool from Craftworld Eldar when they made her. It's as if whoever wrote her didn't read anything or know anything about CW Eldar at all. Utterly baffling.
