Used it with the birds, its neat but not very impactful unless you tweak it.
In practice it gives you an invisible cooldown on prosthetic surgeries, was really flavourful but didnt detect a lot of modded implants so i got to "cheat out" some surgeries. Would still use it on my next colony tho.
