>"Uh okay, so will these moves do lower damage to balance it out?"
>No, they'll both do good damage, generally before the opponent can even react. They'll both also be able to hit multiple people at once, depending on how close the opponents are.
>"Will they at least be focused on long range and have weaker close combat to balance it out? So that players that reach them can deal with them?"
>No, Kurogiri has good combos, or he can just teleport enemies away. And Denki can stun enemies nearby, and will have traps he can throw out for area denial or to start combos.
>"W-Will they at least have weak mobility to-"
>Kurogiri can teleport himself and his teammates away, and Denki can fly away.
