What? Commie blocks? Nah, they're everywhere. Sometimes in middle of nowhere and you wonder why would someone even decide to build apartment complexes there. Naturally without forced relocation they get abandoned for actual towns and become even bigger of a problem where a village of 25 people has to support 60 apartment building because 2 elderly and one drunk still lives there. But that's completely different situation compared to what happens in towns.
