Considering that one Carnage panel where he throws Spider-Man and pic rel, symbiotes can see all around themselves. So you could morph the symbiote to another side of the room and probably see it's perspective. Don't need no ceiling mirrors.
Also if you're bonded to the hentai tentacle then I guess you got multiple sensory organs going at it one time given how many a symbiote can have as well as multiple heads with their own tongues.
