Yes, EU Federalism would be based.
An EU federation can be independent from the kikes at Israel, amerimutts at Washington, chinks from Commieland and ziggers.
Most people hate the EU because of those who run it (the EPP, S&D and sometimes Renew), but that isn't hatred towards the EU instead it is hatred to those in charge because they do policy that people disagree with.
The EU is simply a concept (a really good one in my opinion), how it is run however is dependent on who is in charge, i.e who people vote for (if we believe democracy is real).
Hating the EU as a concept because of some policy is the equivalent of hating the USA as a concept because you disagree with its government. It is just plain retarded yet many eurosceptics fall into this line of thinking.
