Nah it’s alright. The biggest issue was when Reddit and other “I hekin love science!” shitholes tried so hard to push it as some amazing vegan whole meal replacer. Shit like Onions is an awful meal replacer and includes fuck all protein. Basedbeans in general are pretty low on the nutrients scale.
