There's only one true example of a bad end where a couple doesn't get together, and that's in the NTR story Yutori Zenpen, where the protagonist is seduced away from her childhood friend. It was meant to have a sequel, but that never materialized, so it ends on a downer note. Though I mean, it is an NTR doujin, so that's also the point.
