The shoulders aren't done, but thank you, that actually looks nice and I'll use that when I detail the trap. As for the hair, that looks nice, but I feel like it takes a lot of the variance I put into it out. As for the neck, in the reference that shadow going diagonally down my SCM is very, very subtle. I'm actually overstating it in my version. Lastly, you've actually painted over the dip in my neck in the middle, though I do like the one on the right.
