if valve did a balance change now it would ruin the game instantly, the last ever balance change that was done was in 2018's blue moon and it added the retarded energy ball that destroys projectiles to the short circuit, how retarded does one have to be to think the energy ball is a good idea, it's even more annoying and OP compared to the old zap, I can't imagine how bad their new ideas nowadays would be.
not to mention the changes in mym and jungle also permamently damaged the game.
