Mike in Deltarune is Mike Stoklassa. Toby Fox has been taking regular trips to Milwaukee and filming surrealist, David-Lynch style shorts one every two years or so since Deltarune came out.

I did some electrical stuff for them once. I mentioned I was a fan and asked if I needed to sign an NDA, and Toby laughed in my face and said "nobody is ever going to believe you dude."

He was kind of a huge dick desu. Mike was really uncomfortable.
