I expected it to be a lot worse desu. It gets pretty loud, it's nicely sized, relatively light and supports SW.
Reception is not amazing for SW, but that's to be expected with the small antenna. A positive aspect I didn't expect is that the battery is removable - it has a simple to open battery compartment sized for a AA battery at the end. However it doesn't work off AA batteries, as it needs a 3.7V li-ion cell in there. Still, the fact that it's easy to replace and you can carry a spare is great.
For my usecase (weather forecasts while hiking) it's great, and the SW reception is fun to listen in on and try to find weird transmissions.

Very pleasantly surprised by this one. I have much better watches, but nothing you could wear for a slightly more formal occasion - my other watches have either too thick cases or too many complications. This one looks elegant from afar, is thin (7mm) and light. The strap is what really drags it down making it look cheap, so replace that ASAP and you've got an acceptable dress watch.
