here it's something else
this is a country made up of generations of criminals with communism being a chaotic system where some of these individuals managed to get away with lots and lots of crime
the "free market" only provided more tools to be proud about so it's all a big competition now, who has the largest car, who has the most privilege, and unironically all other values appear flipped
it's like Russia that is infamous for "road rage", it's the same here because they turned everything into a piss contest so even in minor person-to-person interaction is like an exchange on /pol/ where the goal is to trash the other person either being subtle or not
stuff like misgendering, micro-aggressions, etc, I had a boss that told me that he deliberately delays people waiting in line at his door in other to literally show them that he's the boss and make them miserable for waiting (and he was very serious and unapologetic about it, to him this behavior being "natural")

what you say is also valid, but it's yet-another weapon in the toolset that you can use to trash the other person
like, if you can't spit at them or call them a cuck or delay them at the door, you can maybe tell them that "new generations" suck
so, at least around here, it is just another instrument of virtue signalling or privilege pulling, and a cheap and easy one to pull off if you're not really considered young anymore
