7 to 8 requires 950 exp, 1 AP if you've S ranked every chart
8 to 9 requires 1250 exp, 8 AP if you've S ranked every chart
9 to 10 requires 1650 exp, 12 AP if you've S ranked every chart.
So 21+84 AP not counting any days practice doesn't show up.
