no. for health reasons. People shouldn't be allowed nude and have no garment to filter a fart from someone who has some contractable disease that can go air born. its bad enough people cough knowing their sick and not covering their mouth.
also sitting on a bench with no clothing. now they're cross contaminating possible Hepatitis or some other nasty infection. children come in contact and contract some shit born disease like cholera and Hep A, B, C, etc
