had one for years now, its comfy enough that you never want to take vacation days (but they still force you since you can't just have 50+ days of time off to take at any time, regulated... basically even forcing you to have at least one 2-week break a year), you could definitely dedicate the time to play, but I never really wanted to end up in a 40 min game while there was something I could look into at work right away, even for like a bigger lunch break, sometimes I just put an alarm on for 1 hour and go for a nap instead, aka, putting enough effort into the job where I don't feel bad about the time I spend on my PC most of the time
