Kennen is basically a better Xerath, but you can trigger the stun at any time with W or AA if you have the proc, lvl 6 onward you win fights for free with ult, and he's not as reliant on flash like annie.
Anivia I haven't played much, but something as gamebreaking as that wall, be it for blocking heralds, blocking paths which instantly force flashes, it's very utility driven and the longer the game goes, the more you're able to wave-clear on your own preventing any kind of pushes etc. I'm sure a dedicated Anivia support main could make it work.
Xin you win early in lane quite easily, long range poke into going in at any time. Ult is great for going in and being as annoying as possible, because if they choose to target you, you just say knock them away and still pose a threat, not to mention being able to knock everyone away from your carries. Obviously any hard carry oriented support wont compete if your adc is filled or chooses to afk farm first 10 levels.

No, what makes kled insufferable hard is that hes actually weak when you know how to play against him in early game.
The 2nd part is that kled can only really remount when he hits champions so if you dont act like a bronze and fight all or nothing, but save yourself a disengage ability for when he dismounts, get out wait for your abilitys to burst him hes pretty easily killable.

What makes him so hard is that you constantly have to fight on deaths edge in order to be usefull. Like you have to stay against a camille or a garen on lane with 1/8th of a hp bar, hoping to get a remount before you die

Well the highest ranked vayne bot on NA (enthralled) was doing that and I was trying to figure out what's the deal with it. Felt very cheesy and unreliable. I tried to change some elements around but it keeps falling flat on the horrible cyclosword buildpath.
Cyclosword is also still bugged on vayne. Because ult Q is both stealth and a dash it doesn't generate more energize like it should.

I've been playing her support; either way, I've been running her with Rylais as the first item, it's basically the only way I've found to get them to hold still while you snip them to death; Ive debating running bork/trinity, like viego mains do, but I have no idea how he gets them to hold still while he slices them to death, aside from that quick stun.
