Individual ninjas are rather weak, being defeated, killed or bad-ended in just a couple of hits. However, the collective can simply spawn more bodies simply by spending spirit (think self-regenerating mana), and she can be properly "defeated" only if all bodies are defeated. She can also spawn a special ninja with enhanced skills, following the rule that a crowd of mooks is easily defeated by the hero, but a single visually-distinct mooks can cause real trouble. Special ninjas are better in their field (infiltration, disguise and so on), but severely limit her spirit reserves, so she can't overuse this much.
..:As you can probably imagine, she's a HUGE masochist. Really gets off into sending dozens and dozens of herself towards some kind of demise, be it getting mowed down by sawblades or getting defeated and fucked one-by-one by an opponent.
