Thanks, I was able to do the focuses but couldn't declare war on anyone. Had to cheat like crazy to do anything, really hope the devs fix this oversight before 1.1. drops. Otherwise AWD is gonna be unplayable for a lot of playthroughs since PF winning in New England will no longer be guaranteed.
