lol, skipping over the fact that it’s common knowledge, that doctors warn you about the danger, and you have to strip down into a gown first—leaving no place for a chain to hide—there are god damned metal detectors leading to the exam room to make sure no metal (especially something inside their bodies they might not be aware of) enters the room with the patient.

I suspect this was a deadbeat/asshole patient and the doctor wanted them dead.
