You must be underage and/or haven't played many hero shooters. <50% winrate is good for high skill ceiling/high skill floor characters like Spiderman. Obviously being lower than 45% is bad, but 47% is perfectly reasonable for the amount of effort that is required to play him well.
If Spiderman had a >50% that would be concerning. Because it means any average retard is picking him up and doing well with him on average. For a difficult character like Spiderman, that shouldn't be possible.
