That's how any booru works. There are a specific number of users who are unrestricted, meaning they can bypass the upload queue and everyone else has to have their post approved out of the moderation queue. That's how danbooru works too. If you want to see what looks decent but probably didn't get through because it didn't fit approver tastes, run the search "status:deleted order:score -(ai-generated or ai-assisted) -3d -duplicate -third-party_edit". On Aibooru it's a bunch of SD1.5 looking garbage, but on danbooru some of it is decent looking stuff that just didn't get past the approval queue.
