I don't think either Goku or Sonic are forces of nature exactly, moreso that they're humanely flawed but willfully unrelatable ideals in what they excel at. Well Sonic's more overtly flawed in older media like the OVA (which is great). Goku can make obviously morally questionable or even shitty choices while following his drive but his adherence to that defining inner will is what makes him intentionally unrelatable.
