Czechia actually has a huge book market, statistically publishing more books per capita than the US, Germany, or Japan. Most of it just never gets translated, and since Czechs for some inexplicable reason rarely move abroad for long, you don’t see any Czech-English authors promoting their country’s stuff. Also:
