Im not directing that at you specifically, but man, you could use it.
Manifested form specifically means what you and other being project, or a form which is taken as a result of sifferent factors in humans. And these things require "ingredients" in order to have them manifest in an exact way you want. Whereas your soul/spirit act as the engine which produces said manifestations and they all have a "shape" for lack of a better term. Though from what i understand, thats something which is not only difficult for humans to see, and requires a lot of work and cooperation from whomevers soul your observing, unless youre deity levels of powerful.
