I have gotten some energy transmission for Reiki, yes I felt energetic sensations in the places where they ought to be, but I also got a text before which said everything that would have happened.
So I can't be sure if what I felt in that time, was a real energy transmission or just because of knowing the exact time of the energy transmission my psyche fantasized feeling something because I wanted it to be real.

On top of that I was trying to do some Reiki to heal some people. One said they felt something and were thankful. Another said they just felt a little bit of something very subtle, which was a disappointment for me and that second person was now beginner in magic.
later he asked me if and why I visited him astrally and tapped on his shoulder. Which I did not do.
So I think maybe he was making up whatever he felt doing me giving him Reiki too.
So my doubt grew even more.
This is just a few of my personal experiences why I don't take psychological effects and sensations that seriously.
I was on Mine's and Conjurer's server yes, but I didn't dig through all the info from years to find those notes and check if people gotten the same information independently without knowing others notes or not. I don't know but my personal experience I just shared makes me not very inclined to trust proofs of this kind.

I am doing some meditations (f.e. Tratak or just sitting in a dark room) and I am reaching some "meditative states" with it.
I would describe it as being half asleep, sometimes I "se"e some unintelligible visual phenomena like a sort of static or the illusion of lights of different colors, but it seems to be optical illusions, because they are not stable and disappear or react strongly to any eye movement.

I try to not be attached to this phenomena, but I haven't encountered something "more real" or anything impressive.

So I am not sure why no spirits show up or interact with me, I think I am reaching deep states of relaxation both with physically and emotionally, yet no interaction or encounter with a spirit so far.

It is important to me to some extent to make a decision about much investment into occult practices is reasonable worth it for me.
That is a personal decision. I am already doing about 10 minutes to half an hour of meditation everyday, I would be willing to invest more time if it is reasonable within the frame of the demonstrated efficacy of supernatural/occult/paranormal techniques.

You are describing partial energetic attunement. If the buildup isn't cohesive or amount to tangible interactions it is most likely due to lack of relaxation and oxygen. Alright I will keep going, stay relaxed and be consistent, focus on not doing exercise mechanically but with full attention. I am not sure about breathing, in half sleep state I have mostly forgotten about breathing and it is mostly very slow. Maybe it's not enough oxygen in my room.
An my posture when reaching half sleep state moves slightly more forward.
