>In your fictitious scenario the very framing is wrong
It's almost as if it's supposed to be from the perspective of the owner of the property and not you.

>gamecube memory cards which were glorified SD cards that were like more than 10x the cost of an SD card with the same memory capacity at the time
They were also the cheapest memory card on the market. Also SD cards were only invented in 1999 so they never would have had that technology while the GC was being developed.
>Cancerous shit like amiibos,
No one likes or defends amiibo though. Hell since iwata died their use has dropped off with most of the content they unlock being just another method of doing so.
>overpriced switch games,
Which aren't particularly overpriced given they're using a more expensive format. You should be complaining about AAA games on Bluray being 70 more than anything else since discs are considerably cheaper.
>even more overpriced switch 2 games,
See above. Even more so given they're literally using new technology.
>game key cards,
More than anything else it's filtering the third party devs you should support.
>selling a bunch of old game roms in a SUBSCRIPTION MODEL FOR SOME REASON, etc.
Because it's generally cheaper than what they were doing with VC. You should also be asking why other developers aren't doing it and are just letting their classic library rot.
>Bad online experience on every system they've ever had one on.
That's an American only issue to be fair, as a bong I've never run into problems with Nintendo's services. In fact the only one I have had problems with I can't mention or it'll be used as an excuse to disregard everything in this post.
>They go after fangames
Everyone goes after fangames, you only hear about Nintendo for two reasons
1) people try to make money off of their IP more often than anyone else
2) journalists hate Nintendo so they'll make more negative articles about them than they would say when Sony took down Bloodborne kart or Capcom with the Resi 1 and CV fan remakes.

Other than these you've made an okay post.
