I'm like 90% sure this is supposed to be some joking reference to something, though I don't know what. Hank tells Kahn to forget about the pills cause they make people into "pill-poppin teeth-whitening sissies" or something. And then he specifically points to this family and it cuts to them. There's too much focus on them to not be a gag.
