That's key. The obnoxious flooding of the Steam Forums are people who barely play the game and/or third worlders who don't know when a joke has run its course.

Westerners still uoh-post, by all means, but they don't dial it to 11 at every possible opportunity. There's a certain mania associated with the Steam Forums that just isn't captured by the usual NA/EU spaces.
