The guy Ironeye kills in the crypt and Ironeye slitting the throat on his corpse in his ending aren't the same thing.
The guy he stabs is another assassin sent by the Fellowship to kill Ironeye and the rest of the Nightfarers, Ironeye stabs that guy. In the ending the corpses are the 8 corpses from the crypt in the basement that are the original 8 nightfarers, interred there so they can fight the nightlord forever until they find a way to solve the issue.

Isolde sends Ironeye after the monster but Ironeye quickly figures out the monster knows about something coming called the night and the overall plan changes from the monster to the night. Edge of order was grace given so it can kill TWWID. He's using it to kill himself, the Edge of Order is specifically able to kill TWWID, which Ironeye is, and he uses it to slit a throat. Its his own throat.

He turns coat against his Fellowship thru the events of the game.
