Fraud allegations are already being settled, proving their merit. I don't think they got away with anything this time. They panicked once RC wanted to get involved and they DESPERATELY tried to kill the stock before it was ready to be killed. I think RC is in control of the DIP and is behind the scenes controlling the bankruptcy process. We know this to be true by the amount of seething caused when JPM got paid out which is completely illegal to pick and choose winners prior to CH11.

Sales of companies during restructuring is also something that will be held in secrecy until the big reveal. Hence all of the redactions and the illegal payout of JPM.
