Alright, dudes. I've sorta tested out the Arbites mace (no shield)'s electrocution properties in conjunction with High Voltage (+25% dmg vs electrocuted).
>Without High Voltage:
4 hits to kill a Crusher w/o crits
>With High Voltage:
3 hits to kill a Crusher w/o crits

So, the regular Arbites mace attacks do apply electrocution, at least for the purposes of things like High Voltage that activate depending on the electrocution property. I'm not sure if there's actually a dot being applied. I don't think there is, but it could be dying before any DoT ticks occur (but I think I'd see a DoT tick)
