Imperial Guard in general is the best, my second has to be Mechanicus.
I don’t understand collecting chaos or eldar, but the only faction I really hate is tyranids because they’re stupid.

It’s just too dumb for me to suspend my disbelief with. Any retarded powers from other factions can at least be hand waved away with magic or technology so advanced it’s basically magic.
