Tatsumaki wasn't supposed to be so powerful as to be able to do that, at least not before Shitrata wanked her massively in the Psykorochi fight.

Still, the Tatsumaki that Murata wanked so much was only the one from the manga fanfic, so that shouldn't count for the canon Tatsumaki from the source material.
