How are Arbiter & Claw meant to combat Shin/Mang?
Are we supposed to believe they're just 'that' fucking powerful? I mean, they generate 10 light each turn in the Ruina fight. The highest we can achieve through meta knowledge and bullshittery is 9.
So will it be another "Haha... Time to stop holding back!" moment?
