I've been thinking but did looping really affect some choices because they supposedly remember some stuff?
I know Amir said before I resetted the calendar that he couldn't play with the Hex anymore because the session sucked and when the Year Looped everyone lost the memories but instinctively remembered the previous game sucked so no one wanted to play anymore.
In this loop, I didn't even get the option to convince Arthur that it would be a chance to let Amir fit in cause he always felt left out without his military background, rather Arthur shut me off straight away.
And Quincy has a conversation he and Arthur are hitting together really good even though before the year they were nearly at each other's throats asking me if I looped the year and perhaps something from the previous one still stayed in spite of the reset.

Is that a thing in our KIMs too?
