This statement has always sounded like something made by someone who hasn't actually watched the show or read the manga. They pretty much have the bodies of 11 year olds and literally are 11 too. The only way this misconception exists that I could see is someone looking at one of the merch drops where they are dressed like little ladies. But that would also have the same maturity effect in real life too so it doesn't make sense to base judgement off of.
