The game will actually end with both the Player and Prototype dying in some horrific and destructive way as punishment for the sins of their pasts, which will also completely collapse the factory. Poppy will escape the factory and go on the run. The fates of Huggy, Kissy and Leith Pierre will be left up in the air.
