No Red Outline and that's all, I'd say. Worlds OST is recommended since CS/HM songs are kinda boring.
The Skip Dialogue mod is good but also seems to bug cutscenes, and if you're playing HM for the first time, then don't bother.
I use a shit ton of mods but they're not exactly must-have, since they add Digimon and are not super vital.

Also, remove the Sistermon censorship via:

The Un-Dub is mostly replacing files/folders in the game folder, pretty much. You can't install it through SimpleDSCS. To install UDP: >>529436010
