The more that I grow up the more I realize that every system relies on rational actors.
Free market capitalism? Relies on the consumer being informed of their choices and paying for the best products, not the most convenient.
Communism? Relies on the idea of rational distribution of resources.
Monarchism? Relies on rational individual.
Fascism? Relies on rational identity within the state
Democracy? Relies on rational voters and that the majority has the correct idea.
Egoism? Relies on the idea that rational minds can come to the conclusion of the ego.
Objectvism? Relies on rational measurements of what is moral for the individual above all else.
None of these things will ever, truly work because the average person is not rational, it is a combination of these political theories that creates human society.

This isn't about centrism as in "Everything has a good point!", it's about how every political ideology that states that it will work because of "rational populations" is huffing their own fucking farts.
